Sandstone Paving Slabs
The decision to undertake a new paving project is an important one, as it defines the overall aesthetic appeal and ambiance of the space. As a property owner, you deserve only top-notch paving slabs that can transform the area into a magnificent and inviting environment.Indian Sandstone Paving Slabs
These stones are formed through a rigorous process of sedimentation under high pressure and temperature conditions. This meticulous process leads to perfect compaction of the particles that make up the slabs. The result is a hard-wearing material that you can trust to handle any type of pressure. We only sell the best Indian natural sandstone paving materials. The slabs are artistically cut and expertly honed to obtain the best pieces. They perfectly fit next to each other during the installation process. In some cases, you may have to cut some slabs to fit into small spaces like corners – use the right equipment for this. At Ammaari Stones, we have slabs with unique patterns, hues, textures, and sizes. You’re sure of finding something ideal for your space. They create magnificent and crack-free spaces. Your garden can ooze class and opulence.Gray Sandstone Paving: Installation and Maintenance
Before you lay the paving stones, the area must be properly prepared. This preparation involves excavation to create the sub-base. The depth of your sub-base depends on the area, but we stock a thickness of 22mm so this should be considered. Next, level the sub-base – the area should ideally slant slightly away from your property to make it easy for water to drain off the slabs. Add mortar on top, then apply priming slurry beneath the slabs before you lay them next to one another. The slurry helps in adhesion and stability. Once all of the pavers are laid, the spaces between them should be sealed. This should be done using top-quality grout. If you aren’t sure which one to use, Ammaari Stones offer a range of colours for the Joint-It Simple compound in addition to our stones. Wait for about 48 hours for the slabs to dry. Once this is done, the stones should last a long time. Indian natural sandstone paving has many benefits including:- Weather resistance
- Excellent underfoot grip
- Unrivalled visual appeal
- Frost resistance.
