Due to the effects of Covid-19 the UK haulage network is under substantial pressure and reduced capacity. As much as we aim to deliver your order on the preferred day of delivery, ocasionally there may be delays of at least 1 business day. Please only arrange labour/tools once goods have been received.
Your delivery is booked on an all day service due between 8am – 6pm. If you’re going to be unavailable on your preferred delivery date please notify us as soon as possible.

Delivery Process
Delivery Vehicle
Your delivery will be made on an 18-tonne rigid truck with a tail lift and will be unloaded with a manual pump truck.
Vehicle Access
Our delivery vehicles require at least 3m access in order to safely park the truck outside your property.
Vehicle Obstructions
Please ensure there are no parked cars, bins and low hanging trees blocking the access to your property.
Unloading Your Pallet
Your delivery will be a kerbside delivery and cannot be unloaded via manual pump truck on inclines, declines or hills.
Moving Your Pallet
Our manual pump trucks can only operate on solid ground and will not be able to move your pallet over soft ground such as grass, gravel or aggregates.
Signing For Your Pallet
Someone will need to be present to sign for your delivery. Please clearly mark any damages to your pallet or we may not be able to organise replacements/refund for you.
Reporting Damages
We ensure your goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However natural stone, porcelain & bricks are susceptible to damage in transit and unless notified by yourself or the driver we have no knowedge of any damages. If you do find any damaged or missing items from your order please report it to us via [email protected] within 48 hours including photos of the damages and as much detail as possible. If this is only reported after the given timeframe we will be unable process your claim.
